At the Boho lab we respect your privacy and protect any information collected regarding our clients. No information will be used by a third party. Personal data entered at the time of purchase, will only be used to make sure your order is placed and delivered accordingly.

Shipping policy

We ship to both domestic (Canada & USA) and international orders.

Shipping is free for all our rugs to anywhere in CANADA & USA.

The size and weight of your order will determine the shipping cost to all international orders, this can be automatically determined when you put the item in your cart.

Note that you might have to pay additional taxes and duties upon the arrival of the shipment to your country.

Other shipping option : You can choose the product you wish to purchase online and pick it up from our store in Montreal. 

We offer free gift-wrapping for any occasion. We also offer gift cards that may be used when purchasing from both online and our physical store.

Any extra fee to be paid as duties when shipping outside Canada will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Domestic shipping : Your Boho Lab products will be packaged and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

International Shipping (Other than Canada & USA): For all countries other than Canada & USA orders, your product will be shipped in less than 10 days.

For custom made products, estimated delivery is 4-6 weeks, but we recommend you to check in with us if there is a rush order.

Returns and exchanges

For a full refund: The product you purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You need to return your product within 14 days. If all these conditions are met, you will have to pay the return shipping costs and repackage the product as it was shipped to you.

Please, send an e-mail to info@theboholab.com to initiate return within 14 days of receiving your item.

We will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your refund will be initiated.

Note: If the amount refunded is higher or lower than the original price paid, it might be because of the fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Only regular priced items are refunded, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.

Items can be exchanged after 30 days

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

TAXES

In Canada, we go by the provincial taxing customs.

For orders to the USA we don’t charge any taxes.

BOHOME EXPERIENCE

Please contact us to make an appointment. We offer this service in Montreal for free. For requests outside of Montreal, please contact us to arrange.

The Boho Lab space is our haven. We love taking care of it and believe that it is a place for gatherings and positive feelings. If you are thinking of hosting an event, contact us and we will coordinate with you.
